Nu-Derm Clear #3 is a skin bleaching and correcting cream that works to fade dark spots and create a more even skin tone. An essential component of the Therapeutic Cascade, Obagi Nu-Derm Clear contains 4% hydroquinone as the active ingredient in an activating base to correct uneven surface skin color and brown spots.

NOTE: Do not use this product if pregnant or nursing.Directions: Apply in the morning (AM) and the evening (PM) following Obagi Vitamin C or Obagi Nu-Derm Toner as directed by physician.

Active Ingredients: Hydroquinone USP, 4%. Rx only.

Ingredients: Each gram of Obagi Nu-Derm Clear contains hydroquinone USP 40mg/gm in a base of purified water, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, sodium lauryl sulfate,stearyl alcohol, tocopheryl acetate, ascorbic acid, sodium metabisulfite, lactic acid, saponins, disodium EDTA, methylparaben, BHT, propylparaben, and butylparaben.
