What is your return policy?
We guarantee all products purchased at SkinMedix.com are free of defects upon delivery and exactly as described or you may return them immediately for a new replacement at no additional cost. If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will send you proper instructions on how to file a claim.
SkinMedix.com offers the world’s leading anti-aging cosmeceuticals and devices normally available only through physicians’ offices and high-end spas at much higher prices. All products on the website are guaranteed to be authentic.
As we cannot monitor the end user for their skin type, health condition and product compatibility, we strongly recommend that you consult your physician or a skin care professional for an analysis of your particular skin type and sensitivity level before purchasing any product. No refund will be given for any reason relating to product effect or compatibility with your skin type, including allergic reaction. We can only offer return privileges if an incorrect item is shipped or an item is received damaged or defective.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us via e-mail within 3-days of receiving your item for a Return Authorization number (RMA). The product must be returned within 14 days and a replacement product will be sent upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. When returning an item, please make sure to use all the original packaging wherein the shipment has come to you, with all accessories and owners manual. Do not write, stick or glue anything on the product package that can damage the package. You can include a separate letter to explain your returning reason with a reference to the RMA number. There will be a 25% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned in damaged package.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items if there is no damage and we did not make a mistake in shipping. An exception is opened cosmeceuticals which cannot be returned or refunded unless we made a mistake. ALL RETURNS WILL REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER. A 50% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED WITHOUT THIS NUMBER. RMA numbers can be requested by emailing us at info@SkinMedix.com Please make sure to include your name, address, order number and a clear description of why you need to return the item.
