  1. Broke out in itchy rash all over my face!

    After few days of application, I started to develop patches of tiny rash on my face. Eventually, it spread ALL over my face and became very itchy. I first reacted to Skinceuticals CE Ferulic serum with tiny rash also but not this badly. After stopping usage and restarting couple of months later with the CE Ferulic serum, I no longer had this problem. Unfortunately, that process did not work with the Phloretin CF. The rash came right back the first day of reuse.

    SKINMEDIX NOTE: It sounds as though you have developed an allergy to one of the ingredients in both serums, possibly even an inactive ingredient common in many brands of topical preparations. It's best to see a dermatologist to determine what you are allergic to and "patch test" any new products you try. The reason for the varied response could be due to the fact that you do not develop an allergy on the first exposure to anything - it takes at least one exposure (sometimes many) for the body to develop antibodies toward the allergen. You may also consider the age and color of the CE Ferulic serum that did not cause the reaction. If you went back months later to the same bottle, it would not have been as potent as it was months earlier. An allergic reaction to these two products is uncommon in our experience. Still, if you are trying this product for the first time the samples are an economical way to test any sensitivities.

  2. Never Looked Better

    I began using this product early last November and by the first week in January I saw a big positive difference. My brown spots were gone ! !
    It also evened out all skin tone and my complexion glowed. I know I sound like a salesperson but I've never quite enjoyed any other bought product which produced such a visible improvement. I am 69 years old.
