We pride ourselves on rapidly shipping your order and do not list items which are not in stock. Orders are shipped within two business days of receipt by SkinMedix.com, in many cases the very same day. 

Orders shipped within the USA are shipped FREE of charge via a ground carrier (4-7 business days depending on your location). Expedited shipping is available for a nominal additional charge.

Shipping charges, if applicable, may be calculated at anytime from within the shopping cart without the need to enter any personal information or payment information. Simply click "calculate shipping" after adding items to your cart to see rates and methods to your location. 

Delivery times vary by location and the shipping method you select. Orders are processed and shipped within two business days from our distribution center. U.S. orders shipped via Ground arrive in 4-7 business days, orders shipped Priority Mail arrive 2-3 days after shipping confirmation. U.S. orders shipped via Express Mail are delivered overnight to most locations. 

Outside the US

International delivery times vary by location, but generally are delivered within 7 days worldwide when shipped via Express Mail International. Orders shipped via First Class International mail may take longer depending on your location and mail service in your country. Although rare, customs clearance may also delay order receipt.

All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, SkinMedix reserves the right to change your delivery carrier or upgrade the delivery method at no additional cost to you.
